Chris Bosh and his wife are being sued by the porn magnates who created X-Art (admit it, you know it) … who claim they rented a sick beach mansion from the NBA star that was literally filled with crap.
The people behind the suit are Colette and Brigham Field — who created the erotic video website X-Art — which features people hardcore banging each other in classy settings. It’s so popular, they were profiled by GQ.
The Fields say they rented a 10,755 square foot super mansion in the Pacific Palisades owned by the Boshes in Dec. 2016 … and plunked down $138k to cover the 1st month’s rent ($46k) and the security deposit ($92k).
Problem is … the Fields say shortly after moving in, they noticed crazy toxic mold, leaks, plumbing issues, rat droppings … and worst of all — the Internet access was horrible!! The Fields say it was so bad they “had to seek medical assistance for sickness and rashes that they suffered from the time when the mold could be seen and smelled.”
In the lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court and obtained by TMZ Sports, the Fields say they tried to get their security deposit back but the Boshes refused … and have since let other people stay in the home. They’re demanding the $92k deposit back plus unspecified damages. We reached out to the Boshes for comment, but no word back. H/T TMZ
Now, this isn’t something you hear every day. These days when you hear an athlete or celebrity is involved with a porn company it usually means where about to see video sexy time. Not the Boshtrich though. He flips it on its head and screws the porn industry (pun intended).
Is this like a thing though? You know those weird ways of making money that only rich people somehow figure out. The old have money to make money thing. Like when Vinny Chase in Entourage makes a one-day foreign commercial for $500k. Bosh made an appearance on Entourage. Got snailed by Turtle. Do NBA players just rent out their mansions for porn shoots on the reg though? Need a quick $150K, come through and get gangbanged in my house for a month and well call it a deal? Seems legit. What else do they do? Do they rent out their cars for $50k a day in rap videos? I need to know these backchannel ways rich people make money. they got rich somehow.
If this is a thing though, it seems like something you might wanna keep out of the public eye. NBA star’s house the site of porn shoot gone wrong isn’t exactly landing you any endorsement deals. So step one before doing this is probably make sure the house isn’t covered in rat shit and deadly mold. Seems like house renting 101 to me. Then again I’ve never rented out a mansion for porn shoots. I might not be too well versed in the standard practices.
Being a millionaire or with some of that $150k they’d hire a cleanup crew or at least a handyman to do a quick once over and make sure the house isn’t going to, you know, fall apart or be infested with vermin. You’re not gonna land the A-list porn shoots with that formula Chris. How many money shots must have been left around the house from previsous porn shoots to create a “toxic mold”, enough to cause a lawsuit? So gross.
